"So many prams in one place"
I usually make things easier for myself by checking if a shop has the main brands first, and this one pretty much ticked that box straight away. Found every pram brand I had in mind, so it saved me a lot of clicking around.

"I had a small issue after my delivery..."
I had a small issue after my delivery, and before anyone says it, these things can happen. I emailed them about it and they got it sorted quickly. I was genuinely happy with the help and thought the aftercare team handled it well.

"Decent prices, but it only works when it wants to"
I found a few items that felt like a decent deal, but some prices were higher than what I’ve seen at other shops. The delivery was fine and showed up without any drama, but the whole experience kind of felt hit or miss, like it works when it wants to.

"Solid pram that just feels right"
I’ve noticed with prams you can usually tell quickly if they’re going to feel flimsy, and this one really doesn’t. It feels sturdy, well made, and nicely put together. So far, everything about it gives me the impression it’s good quality.

Needed a pram quickly and, unlike loads of other places that somehow had nothing available, these had it in stock. Ordering was easy, no messing about, and it turned up just as needed. Really happy with it.

"The return took maybe a week or so..."
The return took maybe a week or so to get sorted, but it wasn’t much hassle. I had to wait a bit, but in the end everything was dealt with without any real fuss.

"Refund was easier than I expected"
I ended up changing my mind on an order and needed a refund. thought it might be a hassle, but it was straightforward. There wasn’t loads of back and forth, and the money came back fine. Nothing fancy, just handled properly, which I appreciated

"Mostly right, but I felt a bit ignored"
My order showed up on time and most of it was fine, but one small item wasn’t the one I actually chose. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was still annoying because I was expecting what I ordered. I reached out to customer service and they did fix it eventually, but it took a couple emails and felt like I wasn’t really being listened to at first. Overall it was okay, but I wish they’d double-check orders a little better.

"Delivery was a little hit or miss"
Maybe it’s just me, but I was a bit annoyed that the delivery showed up late. That said, everything was fine once it arrived, so it wasn’t a huge deal.

"The order arrived on time and the..."
The order arrived on time and the pram itself seems to be fine, so no real complaints there. The only thing that disappointed me was the state of the box when it turned up. It was battered, with one corner ripped, and there wasn’t much extra protection inside. For something this big, I expected it to be packed a bit more securely. Thankfully, after checking it over, everything looks okay, but it did make me nervous at first.

"Delivery took longer than I expected"
The delivery ended up being a bit slower than I thought it would be. At first, I wasn’t too worried, but this is where it got annoying — I kept checking for updates and it still felt like it was taking forever. The order did arrive eventually, but the wait was definitely longer than expected...

"Really easy to use"
Found the pram we were after quickly, and the filters actually helped, which was nice. Checkout was simple too, no messing about or... you know, endless steps. Just got it done, which is exactly what I needed.

"The staff really knew their stuff"
We went in not really knowing what kind of pram we needed, but the staff were super helpful. They explained the differences in a really simple way without making it feel overwhelming. You could tell they knew loads, and it made choosing so much easier.

"We had an issue with our pram..."
We had an issue with our pram after only a few weeks, which was really annoying because we use it pretty much every day and didn’t have an easy backup option.
Pramworld did get back to us and looked into it, but I had to chase them a couple of times and the whole process felt slower than it needed to. Not saying it’s a scam, but it did make me a bit uneasy while we were waiting.
To be fair, they did sort it in the end and the replacement part has been fine since. I just wish the communication had been better and the whole thing had gone a bit more smoothly

I sent a message about my order and they replied quicker than I expected, within a short little window. They sorted everything out without making it complicated, which I really appreciated.

"Kept me updated, but I felt brushed off"
They did a good job keeping me updated along the way, which I appreciated. That said, whenever I had a question or concern, I kind of felt dismissed, like they just wanted to move on instead of really listening
